Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the Cocokids (com.cocokids.app) app. By using the app, you signify your full consent and agreement to these terms and conditions.

1. General Terms To use this app, you must be at least 18 years old or use it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the app after any changes will be deemed as your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Account Registration You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.

Cocokids will not be held liable for any unauthorized use of your password or account.

3. Products and Pricing We strive to display accurate product information and images; however, slight variations may occur depending on your device's screen.

If a product's price is mistakenly displayed incorrectly, Cocokids reserves the right to cancel or modify that order.

4. Orders and Payment After an order is placed, we verify and confirm it. We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock or due to any other unforeseen issues.

All online payments are processed through secure gateways. The respective payment provider will be responsible for any technical glitches regarding payments.

5. Shipping and Delivery We make the utmost effort to deliver products within our specified delivery timeframe. However, Cocokids will not be liable for any unintentional delays (e.g., adverse weather conditions or transportation issues).

6. Return, Refund, and Exchange Our 'Return and Refund Policy' will apply to any product returns or refunds.

Certain products related to hygiene or health regulations are strictly non-returnable.

7. Community and User Conduct Sharing any form of obscene, political, religiously offensive, or provocative content in our community section is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the account of any user who violates these rules.

8. Intellectual Property All content, logos, graphics, and designs within the app are the exclusive property of Cocokids. Unauthorized use of these materials for commercial purposes is punishable by law.

9. Limitation of Liability Cocokids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages that may result from the use of the app.

10. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by the prevailing laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through mutual negotiation or through the courts of Bangladesh.

Cocokids (com.cocokids.app) অ্যাপটি ব্যবহারের আগে দয়া করে নিচের শর্তাবলীগুলো মনোযোগ সহকারে পড়ুন। অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার করার অর্থ হলো আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে পূর্ণ সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন।

১. সাধারণ শর্তাবলী

• এই অ্যাপটি ব্যবহারের জন্য আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর হতে হবে অথবা অভিভাবকের তত্ত্বাবধানে ব্যবহার করতে হবে।

• আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখি। পরিবর্তনের পর অ্যাপ ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে তা নতুন শর্তাবলীর সম্মতি হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।

২. অ্যাকাউন্ট রেজিস্ট্রেশন

• অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্যের সঠিকতা বজায় রাখার দায়িত্ব আপনার।

• আপনার পাসওয়ার্ড বা অ্যাকাউন্টের কোনো অননুমোদিত ব্যবহারের জন্য Cocokids দায়ী থাকবে না।

৩. পণ্য এবং মূল্য

• আমরা পণ্যের সঠিক তথ্য ও ছবি প্রদর্শনের চেষ্টা করি, তবে ডিভাইসের স্ক্রিনভেদে সামান্য তারতম্য হতে পারে।

• কোনো পণ্যের মূল্য ভুলবশত ভুল প্রদর্শিত হলে, Cocokids সেই অর্ডারটি বাতিল বা সংশোধন করার অধিকার রাখে।

৪. অর্ডার এবং পেমেন্ট

• অর্ডার করার পর আমরা তা যাচাই করে নিশ্চিত করি। স্টকে পণ্য না থাকলে বা অন্য কোনো সমস্যার কারণে আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারি।

• সকল অনলাইন পেমেন্ট নিরাপদ গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন হয়। পেমেন্ট সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো কারিগরি ত্রুটির জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট পেমেন্ট প্রোভাইডার দায়ী থাকবে।

৫. শিপিং এবং ডেলিভারি

• আমাদের নির্ধারিত ডেলিভারি সময়ের মধ্যে পণ্য পৌঁছানোর সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করা হয়। তবে অনিচ্ছাকৃত বিলম্বের জন্য (যেমন: আবহাওয়া বা যাতায়াত সমস্যা) Cocokids দায়ী থাকবে না।

৬. রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড এবং এক্সচেঞ্জ

• পণ্য রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের 'Return and Refund Policy' প্রযোজ্য হবে।

• হাইজিন বা স্বাস্থ্যবিধি সংক্রান্ত নির্দিষ্ট কিছু পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়।

৭. কমিউনিটি এবং ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণ

• আমাদের কমিউনিটি সেকশনে কোনো প্রকার অশ্লীল, রাজনৈতিক, ধর্মীয় অবমাননাকর বা উস্কানিমূলক কন্টেন্ট শেয়ার করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।

• কোনো ব্যবহারকারী নিয়ম ভঙ্গ করলে তার অ্যাকাউন্ট সাময়িক বা স্থায়ীভাবে স্থগিত করার অধিকার আমাদের রয়েছে।

৮. মেধা স্বত্ব (Intellectual Property)

• অ্যাপের সকল কন্টেন্ট, লোগো, গ্রাফিক্স এবং ডিজাইন Cocokids-এর নিজস্ব সম্পদ। অনুমতি ছাড়া এগুলো বাণিজ্যিক কাজে ব্যবহার করা আইনত দণ্ডনীয়।

৯. দায়ের সীমাবদ্ধতা

• Cocokids কোনো পরোক্ষ, আনুষঙ্গিক বা বিশেষ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না যা অ্যাপটি ব্যবহারের ফলে হতে পারে।

১০. আইনগত ব্যবস্থা

• এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে। কোনো বিরোধ দেখা দিলে তা আলোচনার মাধ্যমে বা বাংলাদেশের আদালতের মাধ্যমে সমাধান করা হবে।
